In the majority of fire damage, water damage, or mold damage cases, the damage spreads beyond the structure itself and into the items inside it. Certain items may not be salvageable, while others require specialty equipment and techniques to be refurbished. Pioneer Restoration’s team is extensively trained with an array of cost-effective solutions to restore and refurbish a wide variety of damaged contents. In most cases, the damaged contents are photo inventoried, packed and then transported to our specialized content restoration facility while the structure is being repaired.
Our content restoration services include:
- VHS tapes
- Electronics (televisions, computers, stereos, etc.),
- Commercial inventory
- Retail inventory
Content packing and storage
We stock general and specialty packing supplies to expedite and optimize the packing, transportation, and restoration process. After the contents have been restored, we transfer them to our organized, secure, and climate controlled storage facility until the property is ready for their return.
To ensure the upmost quality with certain contents that fall beyond our expertise, we transport them to our partners’ specialized facilities. For example, proper cleaning of certain clothes and linens require a very expensive and elaborate set of machines that, in the state of Oregon, can only be found in Portland. We coordinate the transportation of damaged textiles from your home or business to their facility, and back your property once they are ready.
